Operating in a very small "restricted" area only. Good for Yacht clubs, sailing clubs, etc., or operating in a small bay or inland area.
Requirements are:
- 360 days boating experience
- CPR & First Aid card
- Physical exam & Drug Test
- *Adams Marine Seminars Certificate of Passing
- Proof of holding a "TWIC" card (Transportation Workers Identification Credential)
* This course duration is 37.5 hours. No chart work involved. Shorter course than the OUPV - N.C. Test immediately after the class.
